Prayer Friends

Year 5 are delighted to be prayer friends with the children in Year 1. We understand the special role we have, helping to nurture them as they grow and learn about their faith.

Throughout the year, we spend special times together in masses, school or class liturgies, outdoor walks ('Learning to be with God'), as well as eating with them at lunchtime on Mondays and Fridays.

We also read with our prayer friends, once each week, to be good examples and to support their learning.
