Allotment, gardening and prayer garden

It was really relaxing - if you had any stress, you could let it go.  It was calm and lovely to be outdoors it was also very fun.  

I enjoyed the digging and the pruning back of  the plants.  We got pillows and lay back on the benches, looking at the clouds the sky and birds in the local area.  We also used binculars to look at the local wildlife.  We painted milk cartons and made them into plant holders whichlooked fantastic!

 Potting plants and planting seeds was one of the highlights of Breakout - I can't believe how tell the sunflowers grew!  Every year we see all the vegetables KS1 grow - its amazing!

The prayer garden is such a special space -it is so quiet and peaceful. I love spending time there.
